Beginning as a restaurant waiter in 2005–06 and later taking on roles as a janitor and dishwasher while pursuing his postgraduate studies in the UK, he has consistently demonstrated humility and resolve. With a academic foundation in biotechnology and a Master's degree from the University of Abertay Dundee in Scotland, Chethan developed a strong affinity for science-driven industries. His extensive experience collaborating with Fortune 500 companies has equipped him with deep insights into developing scalable business models alongside globally respected brands.

Today, Chethan is regarded for his expertise, strategic foresight, and composed leadership. Whether guiding a startup to achieve $13M in revenue or expanding the global presence of OEMs, he approaches challenges with clarity, discipline, and a focus on execution, earning the confidence of partners and industry leaders worldwide.

As General Manager at one of India's foremost Flexible Plastic Packaging and Industrial Packaging companies, Chethan oversees strategic initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities and a network of over 50 warehouses nationwide. Leading an organisation certified with ISO 9001:2015 and supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure, he fosters a culture that harmonises advanced technology with a commitment to its people.
